A liquid weapon poured into Jane Foster, then handed to a collector for safekeeping.

The Reality Stone has the shortest and strangest run of the six — for most of it, it is not even a stone but a red fluid called the Aether, buried by Bor thousands of years before the films. It gets one starring role in Thor: The Dark World, then is deliberately parked in a museum, then is quietly stolen off-screen by Thanos. Five entries total, which makes it the fastest complete Infinity Stone rewatch on the site.

Set in 2013. Jane Foster falls into a hidden chamber and the Aether floods into her body; Malekith draws it back out to use on the Convergence, and Thor and Jane destroy him. The post-credits scene has Sif and Volstagg hand the Aether to the Collector on Knowhere, on the reasoning that two Infinity Stones in Odin's vault is one too many.
Set in 2014, a year after the handover. The Aether is on display in its containment case in the Collector's museum on Knowhere, and it survives in the wreckage when Carina grabs the Orb and detonates the collection.
Thanos already has it before the film starts — he sacked Knowhere off-screen, and the Collector we meet is an illusion Thanos is projecting. He uses it to turn Drax to blocks and Mantis to ribbons, and to hide the wreck of Titan behind a pleasant fake.
Rocket and Thor go back to 2013 Asgard on the day Jane is carrying the Aether, and Rocket extracts it out of her with a quantum device while Thor has a conversation with his mother. Steve returns it to Jane's body at the end.
Alternate timeline. Ultron collects all six stones, and the Reality Stone is among them when he starts rewriting and erasing universes — the only story in the catalogue that shows what the stone does at full power.
