Mjolnir is the MCU's best worthiness test and its most-destroyed prop: forged by dwarves, enchanted by Odin, dropped in a New Mexico crater, crushed in Hela's fist, borrowed from the past by time travel, and finally reassembled for a dying astrophysicist. Nine entries take you from a post-credits tease in Iron Man 2 to Jane Foster's run as the Mighty Thor. The Endgame entry is the tricky one — the hammer Steve Rogers throws at Thanos was stolen out of 2013.

The post-credits scene only: Phil Coulson drives into the New Mexico desert, looks into a crater at the hammer half-buried in the dirt, and calls it in. Chronologically this is the hammer's first moment on Earth.
Odin strips Thor's power and casts Mjolnir to Earth with the enchantment that only the worthy may lift it. S.H.I.E.L.D. builds a compound around the crater, Thor fails to lift it, and it returns to his hand only after he dies protecting Puente Antiguo.
Thor arrives with it and it is used mostly for arguments — the forest fight with Iron Man and Captain America, where Steve's shield absorbs a full hammer strike, and the lightning conduit sequence over Manhattan.
Standard-issue weapon duty across Asgard, the Dark World and the Convergence in Greenwich — including the running gag of Thor parking it on a coat hook in Jane's flat.
The party scene at Avengers Tower turns the hammer into a plot device: nobody can lift it, Steve budges it just enough to worry Thor, and Vision hands it to Thor mid-conversation, which is what convinces the team he is not a threat.
Hela catches Mjolnir out of the air in Norway and crushes it in her hand — the first time it is destroyed. The rest of the film is Thor learning he was never the hammer.
Thor goes back to 2013 Asgard partly for the Aether and mostly for the hammer, summons it, and gets confirmation he is still worthy. Steve Rogers wields it against Thanos in the final battle, and it has to be returned to 2013 with the stones.
A blink-and-you-miss-it cameo in the Void: a Mjolnir is buried in the dirt near Loki's group, with a jar beside it labelled T365 containing a frog in a Thor costume trying to reach it.
The shards from Ragnarok were kept in New Asgard, and they reassemble themselves for Jane Foster, honouring an old promise Thor made the hammer to always protect her. Wielding it holds off her cancer in the moment and destroys her between transformations; by the last scene Thor carries Mjolnir again in her memory.
