Tony's run is the MCU's spine: he invents the suit, the Accords, Ultron, Vision, the time heist, and most of the collateral damage in between. Watched in order it reads as one man trying to build a cage big enough to hold his own guilt. His story genuinely ends at Endgame: Far From Home deals with the hole he leaves but has no new footage of him, so it is not on this order.

Iron Man
Film · 2008126m
Wounded by his own munitions and held in a cave, Tony builds the arc reactor and the first suit, then shuts down Stark Industries weapons manufacturing and kills Obadiah Stane. He ends it by telling a press room he is Iron Man.
Palladium poisoning is killing him, so Tony hands the company to Pepper, drinks his way through his own birthday party, and synthesises a new element from Howard's Expo model. He and Rhodey put down Vanko and the Hammer drones.
The post-credits scene is Tony walking into a bar to tell General Ross that a team is being put together. Roughly a minute, and it is the first crossover the MCU ever attempted.
Tony antagonises the team into cohering, works out Loki's Stark Tower play, and flies the nuclear missile through the portal expecting not to come back. The near-death in space is the trauma the next three films run on.
Panic attacks and insomnia have Tony building suits compulsively when the Mandarin flattens his house, stranding him in Tennessee without armour. He dismantles Killian and AIM, blows up the suits, and has the shrapnel removed.
Wanda shows Tony the whole team dead, so he and Banner build Ultron out of the Mind Stone in secret and it immediately tries to end humanity. He compounds it by helping create Vision, then fights Ultron over a rising Sokovia.
Confronted by a bereaved mother from Sokovia, Tony backs the Accords, recruits Peter Parker for Leipzig, and then watches Zemo's tape of Bucky killing his parents. He nearly beats Bucky to death in Siberia and does not speak to Steve again for years.
Tony manages Peter at arm's length through Happy, confiscates the suit after the ferry, and offers him a place on the team as a test. Around fifteen minutes of screen time across the film.
Tony ends up on Titan with Strange, Peter and the Guardians, loses the plan when Quill swings at Thanos, and takes a blade through the side. He survives the snap and is left on a dead planet with Nebula.
Tony spends five years as a father in the woods, then cracks time travel because he cannot leave Peter dead, and steals the 1970 Tesseract alongside his own father. He takes the Stones off Thanos and snaps with them, and it kills him.
Fury's first Avengers candidate dies before the team exists: Natasha injects Tony with what turns out to be poisoned lithium dioxide, and he is dead within minutes. Alternate-timeline variant.
Killmonger stages the Afghanistan ambush rescue so Tony never gets captured, then plays him into building the drone programme before killing him. The episode is a full alternate arc for Tony and is worth the run.
What If... Iron Man Crashed into the Grandmaster?
What If...? · S2 E4 · 202333m
The escape pod from the Battle of New York drops Tony on Sakaar, where the Grandmaster puts him in the arena and he builds his way out. Alternate-timeline variant.
