The full Captain America run, from a 1943 recruiting tour to a bench in the park.
13 entries 11 films 2 episodes 26h 12m
Steve's story is one long argument about who gets to give him orders: the Army, SHIELD, the UN, and finally himself. Watched in order, the run tracks a man who keeps discovering the institution he serves is the thing he should be fighting. Four of the entries are a single scene or recorded footage, and each one says so.

Captain America: The First Avenger
Film · 2011124m
Rejected by every recruiter, Steve takes Erskine's serum, spends months selling war bonds, then goes off-book to free Bucky and 400 men from a Hydra camp. He puts the Valkyrie into the Arctic and wakes up seventy years later.
Fury pulls Steve out of retirement to retrieve the Tesseract, and he spends the film adjusting to a world where SHIELD is building weapons from the thing that killed him. He takes tactical command of the Manhattan defence.
Loki shapeshifts into Captain America to needle Thor, and it is genuinely Chris Evans in the suit doing an impression of Tom Hiddleston doing an impression of him. Under a minute, and Steve himself is nowhere near Asgard.
Steve discovers Hydra has been growing inside SHIELD since 1945, refuses Fury's Project Insight, and finds out the Winter Soldier is Bucky. He brings down all three helicarriers and SHIELD with them, then goes looking for his friend.
Steve leads the Sokovia evacuation, argues against Stark's unilateral Ultron and Vision experiments, and briefly budges Mjolnir. He ends the film running the new Avengers facility with Natasha.
The post-credits scene has Steve and Sam standing over Bucky with his metal arm clamped in a vice, deciding not to call Stark because of the Accords. It is an excerpt from Civil War shown early, so chronologically it belongs to the next entry.
Steve refuses to sign the Sokovia Accords and goes fugitive to protect Bucky, splitting the team at Leipzig and then learning Bucky killed the Starks. He drops the shield in Siberia and breaks his team out of the Raft.
Steve appears only in Midtown School's fitness and detention PSA videos, filmed before he became a wanted man, and in a post-credits gag lecturing the audience about patience. Recorded footage rather than a scene.
Bearded and off-grid, Steve rescues Wanda and Vision in Scotland and takes the fight to Wakanda to buy time to extract the Mind Stone. He holds Thanos's fist for about a second and then watches half the team turn to ash.
Only the mid-credits scene concerns Steve: he, Natasha, Banner and Rhodey are hunched over Fury's pager at Avengers HQ when Carol Danvers walks in. The rest of the film is set in 1995 and has nothing to do with him.
Steve runs survivor support groups for five years, then leads the time heist, fights his own 2012 self, and finally lifts Mjolnir against Thanos. He returns the Stones, stays in the past with Peggy, and hands the shield to Sam as an old man.
Peggy takes the serum instead, and Steve fights the war in the Hydra Stomper armour Howard Stark builds him. Alternate-timeline variant, and the closest the show gets to an inversion of his origin.
