also known as The Orange Stone

The stone nobody could find, guarded by a man the Tesseract threw away.

The Soul Stone is the only Infinity Stone with no origin film — it is name-checked for years, hunted by the Collector and Thanos alike, and never appears until Vormir in Infinity War. Its keeper turns out to be Red Skull, still alive after the Tesseract banished him in 1945, and its price is a person you love. It costs Gamora once and Natasha Romanoff a second time, and it is the only stone Endgame never shows being returned.
